Payments, Paddle invoices and refunds
Paddle is the seller and Merchant of Record for paid orders. The contracting Paddle entity is identified in Paddle Checkout and on the Paddle transaction document. Use the CUE/IO account billing link or Paddle buyer support for payment lookup, buyer invoices, receipts and refund requests.
Send information safely
Include the CUE/IO order number or Paddle transaction/invoice number when relevant, but do not email full card details, passwords, private keys or activation codes.
