CUE/IO terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a CUE/IO digital software licence from CUE/IO.

Product and device licence

A purchase grants a perpetual licence for one CUE/IO installation on one Raspberry Pi. It may not be cloned or used on several devices at the same time. In your account, you can detach the licence from its previous device and then attach it to another device.

Order, price and payment

Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Paddle Checkout shows the final price, processes the payment and provides the payment document. Your licence is issued after Paddle confirms the payment.

Digital delivery and withdrawal

Consumers must separately request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge loss of the 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins. Without that express consent, immediate automated delivery is not available. Your order confirmation is sent by email before the licence is provisioned.

Taxes and business purchases

Paddle determines and collects any required sales taxes in Checkout. Enter accurate personal or company details before confirming the payment.

Problems and refunds

Contact support with your order number if payment or activation fails. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. Approved refunds are returned through the available original payment channel; an offline device may receive a licence-status change when it next connects.
