CUE/IO refund policy

This policy explains withdrawal and refunds for a CUE/IO digital software licence purchase processed by Paddle.

Paddle's role

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service for order and payment inquiries and handles returns. Paddle Checkout shows the final price, processes the payment and provides the payment document. CUE/IO provides product and activation support, and your licence is issued after Paddle confirms the payment.

Digital delivery and withdrawal

Consumers must separately request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge loss of the 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins. Without that express consent, immediate automated delivery is not available. Your order confirmation is sent by email before the licence is provisioned.

Problems and refunds

Contact support with your order number if payment or activation fails. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. Approved refunds are returned through the available original payment channel; an offline device may receive a licence-status change when it next connects.
